Ding ding! Psychological contract, round two!

Sure it is coincidence but following Rob Briner's 'Deal Breaker's piece in People Management Ian Buckingham posted this on his blog on the same site - perhaps a means with which to repair any dame recently done to the psychological contract? Or is the battle lost already?
